    Hi there! I can't believe your husband got deported despite being eligible to adjust status. I'm so angry reading that part of your story. Congratulations on your marriage, and for filing your waiver! I really, really hope you get approved!

    I got a call like that at work too, when my Brazilian fiance (then boyfriend) was pulled over and arrested for committing no crime. He VD after 3 months in detention and we are currently waiting for our I-129F to be approved and will be filing a waiver as well. We've been living apart for over a year now.

    My dear Planner: beautiful, horrible, and I am so sorry you've had to go through all of that. I know we're not supposed to rank these things, but that's one of the hardest stories I've ever heard. Your strength is amazing.
